Regional Archives Director II
PROFILE
Born in Kuningan, he is an alumnus of the Bachelor’s Program in State Administration at Padjadjaran University and the Master's Program in Apparatus Resource Management at the College of Administrative Sciences of the Republic of Indonesia State Administrative Institute. Throughout his career at ANRI, he has served as Head of the Employee Administration Subdivision (2003), Head of the Employee Planning and Transfer Subdivision (2007), Head of the Organization and Administration Division (2012), Head of Regional Accreditation Division II (2018), Director of Regional Archives II (2018), Director of Human Resources for Archives and Certification (2020), and he served as Director of Acquisitions in 2022. Among the awards he has received is the SATYALANCANA KARYA SATYA XX Year Medal of Honor.
TASK AND FUNCTION
DUTIES
To carry out the formulation and implementation of policies in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, Banten, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
FUNCTION
- Preparation of policy formulation in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, Banten, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
- Implementation of policies in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, Banten, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
- Preparation of guidance in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, Banten, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
- Preparation of development norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, Banten, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
- Implementation of technical guidance and supervision in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, Banten, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
- Preparation of approval or review of records retention schedules at provincial archives in Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, Banten, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions;
- Implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in the field of transformation and strengthening the capacity of records and archives organizations, records and archives management systems and work mechanisms, and records and archives equipment and infrastructure in provincial archives in Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau in Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, Banten, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, municipal/city archives, as well as regional owned enterprises in the regions; and
- Implementation of administrative affairs in the directorate.
